Is 3rdCloud legit? A source-by-source check

Who wrote this. This page is published by 3rdCloud. It sets out the facts we can document and the points you should check independently, so you can decide on evidence rather than on our word.

Short answer: 3rdCloud is not a scam or a pyramid scheme. It is a real, working business software suite from DOT Synergy LLC, a company founded in 2013 and operating from Dubai, UAE. You can see the product, the price is published, and the package is bought once rather than rented. Terms are signed before joining and stored in every user's profile, data is held in four locations with AES-256 encryption, and offers from affiliated partner companies are not part of 3rdCloud.

1. What "scam" actually means

People search "is 3rdCloud a scam" for different reasons. It helps to separate three questions:

This guide takes each in turn and says where the evidence comes from.

2. Who the company legally is

A company that names its founder, its legal entity and its home jurisdiction can be checked. Section 6 explains how.

3. The founder

George Augustin founded DOT Synergy LLC in 2013 and later built 3rdCloud on one principle: a business should enter its data once and have every tool work from it. He leads the company as CEO.

"3rdCloud sells business software, and only business software. One data core, one payment, and tools that keep working for your company around the clock. That is the whole product."

Signature of George AugustinGeorge Augustin, Founder

The leadership team

DOT Synergy LLC has operated since 2013, more than a decade. The company is funded and run by a professional corporate leadership team. Its leaders come from leading universities around the world and bring decades of work experience in SaaS and the software industry. None of them has a history of disputes, failed schemes or regulatory action.

4. What you actually get

3rdCloud is a suite of more than fifty business apps that share one data core. The central idea is simple: you enter information once, and every app that needs it is updated. Add a customer and the CRM record, contract, invoice, stock reservation and revenue figures follow. Hire someone and HR, time tracking, payroll and the calendar update together.

The apps are grouped as follows (as shown in the product walkthrough):

FoundationConnections, automation, integrations and API, security
Home and overviewBusiness dashboard, analytics and reports, business calendar
Money and financeAccounting, Auto Biller, investment alerts
People and HRHRM, ATS, hiring agent, time management, team activity
Projects and workProject management, EverWork, Record
Operations and supplyERP, Smart Planner, equipment, vendors, Fleetbase
Sales and customersCRM, Sales Builder, lead generation, big data research, sales quality
Marketing and socialCloudSocial, social media intelligence, event registration
InsightsBusiness intelligence, business news, business weather
Communication3rdEmail, secure messaging, CloudMeeting, translate
Documents and legalCloud Drive, Secure Sign, CloudTransfer, legal document checker
AI and industry appsAsk, Assistant, salon booking, restaurant and sports club managers

AI assistants run across the suite around the clock: invoices are sent automatically, deals that need attention are flagged, and results feed back into planning. This is what the company means by software that keeps building the business while you sleep.

What does SaaS mean?

SaaS stands for software as a service. The software runs on the provider's servers and is used over the internet, in a browser or an app, with nothing to install. The provider looks after the servers, updates, backups and security, so the customer simply uses the software.Sources: IBM, Wikipedia.

Most SaaS products are paid by monthly or yearly subscription, per user. 3rdCloud delivers its software the same way, as a service in the cloud, but is paid for once, with no recurring fees.

Price

The published price is 699 USDT, paid once, for lifetime use with no monthly fees. Payment is accepted in USDT or in fiat currencies. The company compares this with twelve separate tools for a team of five, which it puts at about $2,335 per month at published list prices.

Free membership. Anyone can create a 3rdCloud account for free and explore the ecosystem before choosing a package. Free members can also take part in the referral programme and earn commission when someone they recommend buys the software.

Getting paid for referrals

When a company you referred buys and uses 3rdCloud, your commission is credited to your account balance. The balance is yours to use as you wish, and you can access it at any time, 24/7:

Separate tool categoryTypical monthly cost, team of five
Business intelligence$450
CRM and sales pipeline$450
Hiring and ATS$299
Sales coaching AI$265
HR and payroll$250
Meetings with AI$171
E-signatures$150
Accounting and invoicing$140
Project management, time tracking, shared calendar$160
Total of the twelve tools$2,335

Why does it cost so much less?

Comparable tools cost thousands of dollars a year. 3rdCloud charges 699 USDT once because its business model is built on volume rather than on high prices per customer. The company aims for fast growth and satisfied customers, not for maximising what each business pays, and it does not believe in charging small companies more than the software is worth to them.

The goal is to build the largest business network in the world. That takes many customers and many affiliates, and it means listening to both. A fair one-time price is what brings them in and keeps them.

5. What checks out

6. How it can be verified

The points below are documented and can be checked by anyone.

  1. Signed terms, stored for you. Every user signs the terms of service before joining. All signed documents are stored permanently in the user's own profile, so the agreement can be reviewed at any time.
  2. Data in four locations. 3rdCloud runs on server data centres in four different locations around the world. Data is backed up continuously, so no single site is a point of failure.
  3. Encryption. Data is protected with AES-256 encryption, the standard used by banks and government agencies.
  4. See it working. The full 25-minute product walkthrough shows every app in the suite, one by one. Watch the video. Live demos are available online and from local 3rdCloud retailers.
  5. Licensed company. DOT Synergy LLC operates under a Dubai trade licence, which is listed on the official Dubai business licence register (Department of Economy and Tourism).
  6. Price at checkout. The price is 699 USDT, shown at the official checkout on 3rdcloud.org, payable in USDT or fiat currencies, with every payment recorded.

Is 3rdCloud closing down?

No. 3rdCloud is a commercial business that earns money for its investors and owners. It has no debts and no legal disputes, and it is growing rapidly around the world. Today is the start, not the finish.

It is the same question people could ask Microsoft, SAP or Oracle about their business software, and the answer is the same. Like them, 3rdCloud is building for the long term, with a growing customer base and a product that customers keep using every day.

Your data is yours in any case. Users can make their own backups from the system at any time and keep them in their own safekeeping, alongside 3rdCloud's system-wide backups.

7. AI loyalty and data privacy

A business that hands its data and daily work to an AI assistant needs two answers: who else can see that data, and whose interests the AI works for. 3rdCloud's answers are specific.

How the assistant learns to manage your business

The assistant's management skills come from the company itself: its data, its conversations and the time spent working together with the assistant. The more access it is given, the more it learns about how the business runs, and the more effectively it can operate the software, coordinate the apps and support the staff.

What you give the assistantWhat it can take over
Access to one app, such as invoicingRoutine tasks in that app: sending invoices, reminders, simple reports
Access to connected apps and daily conversationsCoordinating work across sales, HR, projects and finance, and flagging what needs attention
Broad access and regular time spent teaching itRunning much of the day-to-day operation, preparing decisions and keeping staff and software in step

The result is time. Every hour spent teaching the assistant returns hours later, as more of the routine runs without the owner. That time can go to other things in life, or to building the next business.

8. How big is the market, and where does 3rdCloud stand?

Business software is one of the largest and fastest-growing markets in the world. Gartner forecasts worldwide software spending of about $1.47 trillion in 2026, up 15.5% on 2025, within total IT spending of $6.37 trillion.Source: Gartner, 27 July 2026.

Almost every company already pays for this kind of software. Accounting, payroll and record-keeping are required by law, and selling, hiring and managing a team today depend on digital tools. The problem 3rdCloud addresses is that these tools usually come from different vendors and do not talk to each other. Companies pay for each one separately and move the same data between them by hand.

A benchmark: Odoo

The closest comparison is Odoo, the Belgian company that also offers a broad suite of connected business apps. Its figures show how large an all-in-one platform can grow:

OdooFigure
Users worldwideabout 28 million
Revenue, 2025€620 million
Turnover growth, 2026 to date+48%
Average annual growth, last 20 yearsabout 50%
Valuation, 2026€10 billion

Source: The Brussels Times, 24 September 2026, quoting Odoo's founder and CEO.

3rdCloud follows the same principle of one connected suite, with two differences: a single one-time payment instead of a subscription, and an AI assistant that works across every app. Its goal is to close the gap to platforms of Odoo's size one customer at a time.

Does the product sell itself?

No. Even at a fraction of the cost of comparable tools, and although satisfied customers often recommend it, 3rdCloud does not grow to the size of a platform like Odoo on word of mouth alone. It relies on affiliates: independent associates who introduce 3rdCloud to new customers around the world and help train them to use it. Affiliates earn commission on the sales they bring in, and customers get a person who helps them get started.

How does the company earn?

3rdCloud's revenue comes from selling its software to customers. Part of each sale is paid out as commission to the affiliate who brought the customer in, whether that affiliate is an individual sales agent or a nonprofit organisation raising funds through referrals. The company's stated approach is to pay its members well and deliver a product customers cannot match elsewhere for the price. As sales grow, all three sides benefit: customers get a better-funded product, affiliates earn more, and the company grows.

9. Who is 3rdCloud for?

Running a business is one of the most common ways people build income, freedom and control over their lives. It is not a club reserved for start-up founders. An estimated 300 million or more businesses operate worldwide, counting registered companies and the many informal and unregistered ones.

The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor's 2025/2026 report, covering 53 economies, finds early-stage business activity at record highs. It also finds that fear of failure holds back about 2 in 5 adults, and that in 9 of 23 emerging and middle-income markets women now start businesses as often as men, or nearly so.Source: GEM 2025/2026 Global Report.

3rdCloud is built for all of them:

Associations and nonprofits

Yes, 3rdCloud works for associations, clubs and nonprofit organisations as well. The sector is large: the United States alone has about 1.9 million registered nonprofits, which employed 12.8 million people in 2022, or 9.9% of private-sector jobs, and nonprofits account for about 5.3% of US GDP.Sources: Candid, IRS data; US Bureau of Labor Statistics; Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.

Most nonprofits run on tight budgets and small teams, often with volunteers. A single payment instead of many subscriptions keeps costs predictable, and the same apps cover their daily work:

Nonprofit task3rdCloud apps
Members and donorsCRM, Auto Biller for membership fees, 3rdEmail
Events and fundraisingEvent Registration, CloudSocial, Business Calendar
Volunteers and staffHRM, Time Management, Team Activity
Board and governanceCloudMeeting, Secure Sign, Cloud Drive and Documents
Finances and reportingAccounting, Analytics and Reports

Nonprofits can also join the referral programme and earn commission when supporters or partner organisations buy 3rdCloud, which gives them an additional source of funding.

10. What 3rdCloud does not do

Readers sometimes see trading or investment offers from companies that partner with 3rdCloud. To be clear about the boundary:

If you choose to use a partner's service, you deal with that partner under its own terms. Check its licence and risks as you would with any financial provider.

11. Is 3rdCloud a pyramid scheme?

Because 3rdCloud pays a commission for recommending it, some people ask whether it is a pyramid scheme. The question has a clear test. A pyramid scheme is a structure where money is made mainly from recruiting new members who pay to join, while the product is minor, overpriced or missing. When recruiting stops, the income stops, and late joiners lose their money.

Measured against that test:

Pyramid scheme3rdCloud
No real product, or a token oneA working suite of more than fifty business apps on one data core, shown app by app in the product walkthrough
You must pay to joinJoining is free. Free members can recommend 3rdCloud and earn commission without buying anything
You pay for the right to recruitCustomers pay for software licences. The price is the same whether or not they ever recommend anyone
Income comes from sign-up fees of recruitsCommission of 26 to 30 percent is paid when a new customer buys the software
Value depends on the next wave of membersThe software keeps its full value for a customer who never refers anyone
Joining is the pointMost customers are businesses that buy to run their operations

On that basis 3rdCloud is a software company with a referral programme, a model also used by many established SaaS providers. Two things are worth keeping in mind. Earnings examples in network presentations, such as "if everyone sells one package per month", are illustrations and not promises; real income depends on actual customers buying. And the referral programme is optional: the reason to buy 3rdCloud should be the software itself.

12. Risks that remain even if nothing is a scam

13. The verdict

On the evidence available, 3rdCloud is a legitimate software product from an identifiable company, with a clear price and a product you can see working before you pay. It is not a scam in the sense of taking money for nothing. Its value is in the connected suite: one data core, more than fifty apps and AI that keeps routine work moving around the clock, for a single payment.

Signed terms, four data centres, AES-256 encryption, an AI that works for one company only and a full product walkthrough make it easy to see what you are buying. Partner offers are separate from 3rdCloud.

14. Frequently asked questions

Is 3rdCloud a scam?

No evidence suggests that. It is working software from DOT Synergy LLC with a public website, a demonstrable app suite and a published price. Every user signs the terms before joining, and the signed documents stay in their profile.

How do I know I can trust the company?

DOT Synergy LLC has operated since 2013 under a named founder and CEO, with a professional leadership team whose members come from leading universities and have decades of experience in SaaS and software. Beyond that, the product can be seen working in the full walkthrough, terms are signed before joining and stored in your profile, data is held in four locations with AES-256 encryption, and the company operates under a Dubai trade licence.

Who owns 3rdCloud?

DOT Synergy LLC, founded in 2013 by George Augustin, who leads it as CEO. The company operates under UAE law, from Dubai.

How much does 3rdCloud cost?

699 USDT, paid once, for lifetime use with no monthly fees. You can pay in USDT or in fiat currencies.

Why is 3rdCloud so much cheaper than other business software?

Its model is built on volume: fast growth and satisfied customers rather than high prices per customer. The goal is to build the largest business network in the world, and a fair one-time price of 699 USDT is how 3rdCloud brings customers and affiliates in and keeps them.

Is 3rdCloud a pyramid scheme?

No. Customers pay for working business software at a fixed price, and that price is the same whether or not they ever recommend anyone. Joining is free, and referral commission is paid when a new customer buys the software, not for signing up recruits.

Can I join 3rdCloud for free?

Yes. Creating an account is free. Free members can explore the ecosystem and can also earn commission by recommending 3rdCloud, without buying a package.

How do I get my referral earnings out?

Your commission goes to your account balance, which you can use 24/7. Withdraw it as USDT to any hot or cold wallet, spend it in everyday currency with a crypto card, or use it in the platform's WDM shop, which sells everything up to condos, boats and cars.

Do I have to recruit people to use it?

No. Referring new customers is optional and pays 26 to 30 percent per customer. The software works fully without it.

Does 3rdCloud offer trading or investments?

No. Speculation, investments and crypto trading are not part of the 3rdCloud business or package. Any such offers come from separate, affiliated partner companies, and you are free to ignore them.

Can I see it before I buy?

Yes. Watch the 25-minute video about the software. It shows the idea behind 3rdCloud and walks through every app in the suite, one by one. Live demos are also available online and from local retailers.

What does SaaS mean?

Software as a service: software that runs on the provider's servers and is used over the internet, with the provider handling updates, backups and security. 3rdCloud is delivered this way, but paid for once instead of by subscription.

Can I use 3rdCloud for my association or nonprofit?

Yes. Associations, clubs and nonprofits can use the same apps for members and donors, events and fundraising, volunteers, board meetings and finances, for one payment instead of many subscriptions.

Who is 3rdCloud for?

Business owners, people starting a business, owners who want their time back, and anyone who wants to earn by recommending it. Membership is free and no company is needed to take part.

How big is the business software market?

Gartner forecasts worldwide software spending of about $1.47 trillion in 2026, up 15.5% on 2025. Comparable all-in-one platforms are growing fast: Odoo reports about 28 million users and 48% turnover growth in 2026.

Does 3rdCloud sell itself?

No. Customers often recommend it, but to reach a customer base the size of Odoo's, 3rdCloud relies on affiliates: independent associates who introduce it to new customers worldwide, help train them, and earn commission on the sales they bring in.

How does 3rdCloud make money?

By selling its software to customers. Part of each sale is paid as commission to the affiliate who brought the customer in, whether an individual sales agent or a nonprofit raising funds through referrals.

Does the 3rdCloud AI share my company's data?

No. All data a company handles in 3rdCloud stays with that company. Each company's AI assistant works and learns only within that company, and nothing it learns is used for any other business.

Can I back up my own data?

Yes. 3rdCloud makes complete system-wide backups, and users can also make their own backups directly from the system and keep them themselves.

Is 3rdCloud closing down?

No. 3rdCloud has no debts or legal disputes and is growing rapidly around the world. It is the same question people could ask Microsoft, SAP or Oracle, and the answer is the same. Your data is yours in any case: you can make your own backups from the system at any time.

How does the AI assistant learn my business?

From your own data, conversations and the time you spend working with it. The more access you give and the more you teach it, the more of the daily operation it can take over, freeing your time.

Where is my data stored and how is it protected?

In server data centres in four locations around the world, with continuous backups and AES-256 encryption.
